Once we receive the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will exchange it for a new one at no additional cost. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, you can do so within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for an exchange, the item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached. If the item(s) you wish to exchange are out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.

Final Sale Items: Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for final sale items. Final sale items are clearly marked as such on our website and are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credit.
